Our Code of Conduct
At 1000 Islands Leadership Consulting, we promote individual and group dynamics rooted in mutual encouragement, respect, and support, rather than competition and comparison. All clients commit to the following values:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not overlook this—crucial details require your attention.
Confidentiality
Our goal is to create a supportive space for growth, questions, and guidance. We encourage vulnerable sharing, trusting in empathetic responses. To protect confidentiality, calls will not be recorded, and members are prohibited from recording on any device. While Zoom Note Taker tools are not permitted, members are encouraged to take personal notes and use the provided workbooks and worksheets.
Authenticity
We foster openness and honesty in a safe space where everyone can embrace their true selves and be fully accepted.
Respect
We commit to respectful communication, honoring each other's unique journeys without judgment.
Positivity
Excessive negativity can be an added burden and disrupt everyone’s experience. Therefore, we aim to communicate in ways that inspire encouragement and motivation.
Compatibility
We reserve the right to end your enrollment if you are disruptive, excessively absent, misaligned with our values, or if payments are overdue.
Connectivity
We expect each member to be fully present on calls, treating them as priority in-person meetings. Please eliminate distractions by ensuring pets and children are cared for, muting phone and desktop notifications, setting boundaries with co-workers, and turning off your video if eating. If attending calls while traveling or in a different location, please minimize background noise.
